Successful week-end for Can-Am off-road racing
It was a very successful week-end for Can-Am off-road racing. Maverick X3 momentum is very good at the moment. The product performances and our last year results, leaded to significant increased for Can-Am X3 # of entries averaging 50% in various UTV Turbo classes. (Privateers teams for the most part).
UTV World Championships (BITD in Nevada)
This event is put together by UTV underground, it is mainly sponsored by Polaris RZR & Monster. It incorporated festivities, youth racing, longest jump contest, short course race and long course race (BITD)
1- Longest jump contest:
1st place - Can-Am maverick X3 Turbo - Distance = 117,9':
2- Short course race:
1st & 3rd place - UTV Turbo Class - Can-Am maverick X3 Turbo - Dustin Jones (Team S3) and Logan Brezina
3- Long course race (BITD):
1st & 3rd place - UTV Turbo class - Can-Am maverick X3 Turbo - Phil Blurton (XPS) and Dustin Jones (Team S3)
The team also won the unlimited class with our Australian friend Brett Comiskey (Lonestar) using a Maverick X3 Turbo as well.
ATV domination did continue as well on the East coast GNCC:
1st Place - Kevin Cunnigham, followed by nothing less than 9 fellow Can-Am racers!
