Take a look! Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals live from Italy

  • Live TV Broadcast starts October 19, 2016

Gunskirchen, Austria, October 13, 2016 – It is neither the Amalfi coast nor the Naples wood fired pizza that ranks first in the province of Salerno from October 15-22, 2016. It is the world’s biggest kart racing event: the Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals (RMCGF).

"We are proud to be back in Italy, the country of motorsports where the audience can admire the longest kart line up ever and we warmly invite all kart fans to be part of it – either at Circuito Internazionale Napoli or via our live TV broadcast http://livestream.com/kart-data/GF2016,” said Thomas Uhr, General Manager BRP-Rotax GmbH & Co KG.

To be up to date what is going on at the track, BRP-Rotax installed webcams for those who are not able to stop by at the race track in Sarno. Live TV broadcast provides the best views to follow the spectacular races at the season’s highlight. Spectators will be first to know about the performance and results of their heroes.

This year, 360 Rotax MAX racers from close to 60 countries gave their best throughout the year to qualify for the RMCGF. They will show their driving skills – this is what it’s all about. The same equipment is used in each racing class. That’s the RMC philosophy; meaning that each participant has an equal chance of becoming champion of the RMCGF 2016.

The Rotax MAX Challenge (RMC) is a professional kart racing series established, owned and organized by BRP and its Rotax kart engine distributors. Approved by and in compliance with CIK / FIA, the RMC is a "one-make-engine" formula: only Rotax kart engines that are checked and sealed (for equal performance) will be used. The success in the competition is mainly up to the skills of the driver.
